Lens Protectors for Insta360 X5

On hikes, on the slopes, or on a bike ride, the camera’s domed lenses are exposed to sand, ice, and branches. With the set of 2 lens protectors for Insta360 X5, those hits land on the protector, not the lens.

The protectors stay on the camera while filming — the image records through them — and you remove them when filming in safe conditions and you want the best clarity.

Material: polycarbonate

The protectors are made of clear polycarbonate (PC), which is impact-resistant. They do not have the optical quality of premium glass protectors: in backlit scenes or with strong light sources in the frame, reflections may be more noticeable. They are the practical choice for filming where the camera may take a hit.

Installation

The protectors attach by twisting over the lenses and are removed by twisting them the other way, with no tools.

Install them on clean lenses: the package includes a cleaning cloth for wiping the lenses before installation and the protectors after filming. If your camera settings allow you to enable the lens protector mode (Lens Guard), do so to keep the 360 stitch correct.

Compatibility

• Insta360 X5.

They do not fit the Insta360 X4, X4 Air, or X6; dedicated protectors are available for those models.
